We will be exploring the flavors and health secrets of the Mediterranean and we'll bring them back to you!
Order the full week or pick and choose meals as you wish.
Add on breakfast for $5 per day (3 eggs +Turkey Bacon or 3 Turkey sausage/Spinach/egg muffins)
Meals are picked up at the Way of Life Boot Camp 4040 Calle Platino #109, Oceanside.

Orders must be placed by Friday night for Sunday/Monday delivery. Monday-Wednesday meals are delivered Sunday night/Monday morning . Thursday-Friday meals are delivered Wednesday.

All meals are “21 Day Detox” approved, paleoesque, hi Pro/Lo Carb, all natural, gluten free and dairy free.

Regular size is based on a 4oz portion of the protein and the large is based on a 6oz portion.

Nutritional content is approximate and based on the regular sized portion. For large, multiply by 1.5.
