For those of you trying to pump up your protein- we will add an additional 4oz of the protein in the meal and if the meal does not lend itself to this we will simply add an additional 4oz portion of chicken breast to your meal. Orders must be placed by Friday night for Sunday/Monday delivery. Monday-Wednesday meals are delivered Sunday night/Monday morning . Thursday-Friday meals are delivered Wednesday.

All meals are “21 Day Detox” approved, paleo, hi Pro/Lo Carb, all natural, gluten free and dairy free.

Nutritional content is approximate and based on the regular sized portion. For large, multiply by 1.5.
