Regular size is based on a 4oz portion of the protein and the large is based on a 6oz portion.
***NEW*** Add on a 4oz portion of protein to a LARGE size for $1.50!! For those of you trying to pump up your protein- we will add an additional 4oz of the protein in the meal and if the meal does not lend itself to this we will simply add an additional 4oz portion of chicken breast to your meal. Example: Broccoli salad would come with a 4oz portion of chicken breast.

Orders must be placed by Friday night for Sunday/Monday delivery. Monday-Wednesday meals are delivered Sunday night/Monday morning . Thursday-Friday meals are delivered Wednesday.
All meals are “21 Day Detox” approved, paleo, hi Pro/Lo Carb, all natural, gluten free and dairy free.
