Asian Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

 

1 Tbsp. oil

1 lb. ground turkey

3 Tbsp. onion, minced

2 Tbsp. garlic, minced

2 Tbsp. grated ginger

3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos (for paleo)

1 Tbsp. Chile Garlic Sauce (or more to taste)

1 Cup chopped fresh cilantro

1/3 cup chopped cashews

1 head of lettuce

 

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in pan and add turkey and brown.
  2. Add onion and garlic to turkey and cook until onion is soft.
  3. Drain turkey.
  4. Add ginger and stir.
  5. Stir in Soy Sauce and chili garlic sauce.
  6. Stir in cilantro and cook 1-2 minutes.
  7. Stir in cashews.
  8. Wash and prepare lettuce.
  9. Serve!
